Is this message really from Goated?
How to spot fake emails, messages and offers that pretend to be from Goated.
2026年11月6日
Some emails and messages pretend to be from Goated. They often promise a big sign-up reward or bonus, and ask you to click a link, sign in or send crypto. Here is how to tell the real thing.
What are Goated's official channels?
Website: goated.com, and our US site goated.us.
Emails: only from addresses that end in goated.com.
X: @goatedcom.
Telegram: t.me/goatedcom and our bonus drops channel t.me/goateddrops.
Anything else, such as an email from another domain or a look-alike website, is not from us.
How do I stay safe?
We will never ask for your password, your 2FA code or your wallet seed phrase.
Never send crypto to someone who says they work for Goated. Only deposit to the address shown in your own Wallet on goated.com.
Bonuses and rewards are only claimed on goated.com. You never have to pay or deposit somewhere else to "unlock" one.
Support helps you through Live Support on goated.com. If someone messages you claiming to work for Goated, check with us in Live Support before you do anything.
I got a suspicious message. What should I do?
Don't click its links or reply to it.
Tell us in Live Support. A screenshot helps.
If you typed your Goated password into another site, change it straight away and turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) in your settings.
Still need help? Ask us any time in Live Support.
