You’re eligible to claim part of your Level-Up Bonus early! 🎉

You can request one for every $100,000 you wager after reaching your current level (100,000 XP). For example, if you reached your level at 7,000,000 XP, you can request one at 7,100,000 XP, again at 7,200,000 XP, and so on.

The amount available is based on your casino play since your last level-up. Sports bets count toward each $100,000 step, but they don’t add to the amount. Partial Level-Ups you already received for this level are taken off.

To request a Partial Level-Up, simply open a support ticket and select:
Bonuses > Partial Level-Up.

Do I get all of my Partial Level-Up straight away?

No. Like the Level-Up Bonus, part of a Partial Level-Up is paid to your balance when you claim it on the VIP page. The rest goes into your Rewards Vault. This applies to Partial Level-Ups given from 6 November 2026.

Sapphire players get 40% now and 60% goes into the vault. From Emerald, 50% is paid now and 50% goes into the vault.

The vault part unlocks over 7 days, in 21 equal pieces. One piece unlocks at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC every day. Each piece can be claimed for 24 hours. After that it expires.

Example: you are Emerald and claim a $400.00 Partial Level-Up. You get $200.00 now. The other $200.00 goes into your vault, in 21 pieces of about $9.52, one every 8 hours for the next 7 days.

Right after you claim, you will see how it was split:

Visit the VIP page at least once a day to collect every piece. One claim collects every piece that is ready.

If the bonus is so small that each vault piece would be under $0.01, you get all of it straight away.
