You can see every deposit and its status under Profile icon › Transactions. Your balance updates by itself once the network confirms the deposit. You don't need to keep the page open.

Why hasn't my deposit arrived?

• Our payment provider has a temporary issue. Deposits are processed by our payment provider, Fireblocks. Check status.fireblocks.com for your network. If there is an open incident, your deposit will be credited once it is fixed. You don't need to send it again.

• It is still confirming. Each network needs a number of confirmations. A low network fee can slow this down. Bitcoin is usually the slowest.

• Wrong network or token. A deposit address only works for the network it was made for. See I made a wrong deposit.

• No XRP destination tag. XRP deposits need the destination tag shown next to the address.

• Card purchase (Buy crypto). Card purchases go through our partner Onramper. A first purchase sometimes needs an extra check on their side. Check your email for a message from them, or contact Onramper.

• Your account is under review. The deposit is recorded and held. Contact Live Support and we'll sort it out.

• Very small deposits. Deposits worth less than $0.01 are not recorded.

If status.fireblocks.com shows an incident for your network, please wait until it is resolved. If your deposit still hasn't arrived after that, contact Live Support and send us:

• The transaction hash or block explorer link

• The coin and the network you used

• The amount
