Staking Goated makes you eligible for the weekly Goated Lottery.
GOATED Lottery Update: March 18th
We’re updating the GOATEDX → Ticket conversion from 25:1 to 200:1. Previously, the 8x multiplier existed to reward GOATEDX holders over standard stakers. Since GOATEDX is now the only path to lottery tickets, the multiplier is redundant
Does this affect your winnings?
No. We will still use 15% of our NGR to fund the lottery which will be given to GOATEDX holders. For Lower Tiers: Instead of splitting a prize between 10,000 tickets, it’s split between ~1,250. You hold fewer tickets, but they represent a larger share. The payout per person stays the same. For Jackpots: Fewer tickets mean jackpots hit less frequently, but the jackpot amounts will continue to be large.
Why the change?
We believe larger jackpots (hit less often) are more exciting than small jackpots (hit more often). We are committing 15% of our NGR to GOATEDX holders regardless; we are simply changing how it’s distributed.
The number of tickets you recieve for staking GOATED and GOATEDX are subject to change at Goated's Discretion.
