If you were one of our biggest players last month, you may get a Top GOAT Cover. For a set number of days, we refund 100% of your net casino losses, up to your cover amount. If you win, you keep every cent.
How long does it last?
A cover runs for a set window, usually 7 days. It starts at 00:00 UTC.
The tile on your VIP page shows how much time is left.
The September 2026 cover ends on 19 October 2026 at 23:59 UTC.
When the time runs out, the cover closes. Anything you have not claimed is gone. Claim before it ends.
How much can I get back?
Your cover amount is the most you can get back in total. It is shown on your VIP page, for example “covered of $500.00”.
It is a total for the whole window. It is not per day or per claim.
Once you have claimed the full amount, the cover is used up. It leaves your VIP page, even if the window has not ended.
Losses after that are not refunded by the cover.
What counts as a loss?
The cover looks at your net casino result for the whole window: everything you bet on casino games, minus everything you won back.
Counts: Goated Originals, slots and live casino games.
Does not count: sports bets, and bets made with GUSD or Points.
Wins count too. If you win, you keep the win. Nothing you have already claimed is taken back. But a win offsets your later losses, because the cover pays your net loss, not each losing bet.
Cover money is counted as spent first. When you lose after a claim, the money you got from the cover is counted as lost first. Losing it again is not a new loss. Only your own money is refunded.
Example
Your cover amount is $500.
Day | What happens | What you can claim |
Monday | You lose $120.40 of your own money. | $120.40. You claim it. |
Tuesday | You bet that $120.40 and lose it. | Nothing. It was cover money, not a new loss. |
Wednesday | You lose another $200 of your own money. | $200. You claim it. |
Thursday | You win $100. | Nothing new. You keep the $100. Nothing is taken back. |
You have now been refunded $320.40 of your $500. Your Thursday win offsets your next $100 of losses. After that, new losses can be claimed again until you reach $500 or the cover ends.
How do I claim?
You can claim as often as you like, any time before the cover ends.
On the VIP page
Go to the VIP page.
Find the Top GOAT Cover tile under Rewards.
Click Claim and choose the coin you want to be paid in.

Your cover amount: the most you can get back in total. The bar shows how much of it is used.
Time left before the cover ends
Claim button: shows the amount you can claim right now
When there is nothing to claim, the button shows the time left instead. This is normal. It means you are not down since your last claim.
From the Rewards menu
You can also claim from the Rewards menu at the top of the site. It shows your progress and time left. Click Claim when an amount is ready.
The money goes straight to your balance. It shows in Transactions as a lossback bonus called “Top GOAT Cover”.
Why can't I claim?
“Finish your open round in [game] before claiming your cover” You have a game round that has not finished. Open that game and finish the round. Use the same coin and display currency you played it in, for example USDC with ARS. Close any other Goated tabs, then try again. If you can't find the round, contact Live Support and we can close it for you.
“Nothing to claim yet” You are not down since your last claim. Your wins have covered your losses, or you lost cover money rather than your own money.
“Your Top GOAT cover has ended” The window is over. Unclaimed amounts can't be paid out.
The tile has disappeared Either you have claimed your full cover amount, or the window has ended.
Does it affect my normal lossback?
Losses from before your cover started still count for your normal lossback. Claim those as usual through Live Support > Bonuses > Lossback. Losses the cover refunds can't also be claimed as lossback.
