Your Level-Up Bonus is based on your level and on the house edge of the casino games you played during the level you just finished.
The amounts above assume every bet was on casino games with a 1.2% house edge.
Do sports bets count?
Sports bets earn XP and move you up the VIP levels, but they don't add to your Level-Up Bonus. Only casino bets count. If you only bet on sports during a level, there is no Level-Up Bonus for that level.
Do I get all of my Level-Up Bonus straight away?
No. For Level-Up Bonuses earned from 6 November 2026, part of the bonus is paid to your balance when you claim it. The rest goes into your Rewards Vault on the VIP page.
The vault part unlocks over 7 days, in 21 equal pieces. One piece unlocks at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC every day. Each piece can be claimed for 24 hours. After that it expires.
How much goes into the vault depends on your VIP tier:

Example: you reach Gold 1 and claim a $30.00 Level-Up Bonus. You get $12.00 now. The other $18.00 goes into your vault, in 21 pieces of about $0.86, one every 8 hours for the next 7 days.
Right after you claim, you will see how the bonus was split:
Visit the VIP page at least once a day to collect every piece. One claim collects every piece that is ready.
If the bonus is so small that each vault piece would be under $0.01, you get all of it straight away.
Level-Up Bonuses earned before 6 November 2026 are paid in full.
