Lossback gives you back a part of your losses. You request it through Live Support, and our support bot works it out for you in seconds.
There are two kinds:
Lossback from Platinum rank. You can request it again and again.
One-time Gold lossback when you first reach Gold. You get it once.
Not Platinum yet? Your weekly and monthly bonuses include a lossback part when you are in a net loss. You don't need to request it.
How do I request lossback?
Open Live Support.
Choose Bonuses, then Lossback Bonus. For the Gold one, choose
One Time Lossback Bonus.
The bot tells you how much you can get. Choose Claim Bonus.
Go to your VIP page and claim it under Rewards.
You have 10 days to claim it on the VIP page. You can't request a new lossback while an earlier one is still waiting there.
Before you request
All four of these must be true. If one is not, the bot tells you which.
Your wallet and vault together hold $10 or less. Lossback is for when you have run out.
You have no unfinished games. The bot lists any open game with its coin and currency, for example “Gates of Olympus (USDT / USD)”. Open that game in the same coin and currency and finish the round.
You are in a net loss since your last lossback. See below.
Any earlier lossback has been claimed from your VIP page.
How is it worked out?
Lossback is a percentage of your net loss since your last lossback. It is not based on your lifetime loss. Each time you get lossback, the count starts again from zero.
The standard rate is 5%.
Your net loss is:
what you bet,
minus what you won back,
minus bonuses you claimed in that time, such as rakeback, daily, weekly and monthly bonuses, races etc
minus bonuses that are ready to claim right now, including rakeback,
minus bonus codes you redeemed,
minus loans you took out and have not repaid.
Affiliate commission is not taken off.
Bonuses are taken off because they already gave you money back. So you don't get lossback on losses we have already covered.

The most you can get in one lossback is $25,000.
One-time Gold lossback
When you first reach Gold, you can get lossback once, before you reach Platinum.
Request it within 7 days of reaching Gold. After that, the bot can't give it to you.
It looks at your whole account history, not just a recent period.
The same rules apply: $10 or less in your wallet and vault, no unfinished games, and a net loss.
You can only get it once. Your next lossback is at Platinum.
Why is my lossback smaller than I expected?
Usually for one of these reasons:
It only counts losses since your last lossback, not all time.
Bonuses you claimed or can claim in that time are taken off first.
The rate is a percentage of your net loss, not of what you bet.
