Simply open a support ticket, navigate to Bonuses, and select Lossback to claim it automatically.

Please note: We offer a one-time Lossback claim at Gold, so if you've already claimed it there, your next eligibility will be at Platinum.

How Lossback is Calculated

Lossback is determined based on each individual claim. Additionally, different transactions on the platform affect your Lossback calculation as follows:

PNL = Wager_PNL + Bonuses (excluding commissions) + Net Loan

Make sure to check your Lossback regularly and maximize your benefits!
