Weekly Reloads give you a bonus based on your wagering and profit over the past week. Unlike before, you no longer need to contact support to request them. If you're eligible, your reload is awarded automatically every Tuesday at 00:10 UTC and appears on your VIP Page. Weekly Reloads have replaced VIP reloads starting 4th August 2026
How to claim

Look for Weekly Reloads
Click to claim any reloads that are currently available
You don't need to open a support ticket or go through Bonuses > VIP Reloads anymore — that flow has been replaced by automated Weekly Reloads.
How it works
Your total weekly reload amount is split into 168 hourly claims over 7 days.
Each claim unlocks every hour and stays available for 12 hours after it unlocks.
That means you can claim multiple reloads at once if several are still within their claim window — but if you miss one, it expires and cannot be recovered.
Example: If a reload unlocks at 2:00 PM UTC, you have until 2:00 AM UTC to claim it.
Important notes
Eligibility: Your reload amount depends on your activity over the past week and your VIP level — not every player will receive one every week.
Check regularly: Because each reload is only available for 12 hours, we recommend checking your VIP Page throughout the week so you don't miss any.
Awarded every Tuesday: A new weekly reload batch starts every Tuesday at 00:10 UTC. Near the start of a new week, you may briefly see reloads from two weeks at once — you can claim both.
No support request needed: Reloads are fully automated. If you don't see Weekly Reloads on your VIP Page, you may not be eligible for that week.
Expired reloads are lost: If a reload isn't claimed within its 12-hour window, it expires. There is no rollover or make-up for missed reloads.
Weekly Reloads vs. other bonuses
Weekly Reloads are separate from:
Weekly Bonus — a different lump-sum bonus paid on Thursdays
Tier Up Reload — a one-time bonus when you reach a new VIP tier
