The Rewards Vault pays part of your bonuses and rakeback straight away, and saves the rest for later. The saved part unlocks a little at a time, three times a day, and you claim it from the VIP page. Log in often and you collect your full reward.
How does the Rewards Vault work?
You claim your Daily, Weekly or Monthly Bonus, your Level-Up Bonus, or your Rakeback, as usual.
Part of it goes to your balance right away. The rest goes into your vault.
The vault splits that amount into equal pieces. One piece unlocks at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 UTC every day.
Each piece can be claimed for 24 hours after it unlocks. After that it expires.
Which rewards use the vault?

Level-Up Bonuses and Partial Level-Ups use the vault from 6 November 2026. Other rewards, such as reloads, lossback and promotions, are paid in full as before.
How much of my bonus goes into the vault?
It depends on your VIP tier. The higher your tier, the more you get straight away.

Rakeback is always split half and half, whatever your tier.
Example: you are Gold 1 and claim a $100 Weekly Bonus. You get $40 now. The other $60 goes into your vault, in 42 pieces of about $1.43. One piece unlocks every 8 hours for the next 14 days.
How do I claim from my vault?
Go to the VIP page.
Find the Rewards Vault card at the top. The button shows how much is ready, for example Claim $15.00.
Press Claim. Every piece that is ready is paid at once.

Claim pays every piece that is ready. The button shows how much that is.
Your vault reward is paid in the currency you have selected in your wallet.
What does the Vault Schedule show?
Below the vault card is a card for each day, with the three pieces for that day.
Claimed (green tick): you collected this piece.
Expired (red cross): this piece was not claimed within 24 hours.
Expires in: this piece is ready. Claim it before the time runs out.
Unlocks in: this piece is still locked. The time shows when it unlocks.
Use the arrows to look back at past days or ahead at future ones.
Frequently asked questions
Why did I get less than my full bonus?
Part of it went into your Rewards Vault. You can see it on the VIP page, and it unlocks over the next few days. Right after you claim, you will see a message like "$12.40 has been credited to your balance and $12.40 to your vault".
I missed a piece. Can I still get it?
No. Each piece can be claimed for 24 hours after it unlocks. After that it expires and can't be claimed later. To collect everything, visit the VIP page at least once a day.
Do I have to claim every 8 hours?
No. Pieces wait for 24 hours, so claiming once a day is enough. One claim collects every piece that is ready.
Why did a small bonus not go into my vault?
If a reward is so small that each vault piece would be under $0.01, we pay all of it straight away instead.
Why does my vault say it is empty?
The vault fills when you claim a Daily, Weekly or Monthly Bonus, a Level-Up Bonus, or Rakeback. Claim one of those and the vault schedule appears.
Why can I only claim Rakeback every 30 minutes?
With the Rewards Vault, each rakeback claim starts its own 3-day schedule. To keep your vault easy to follow, rakeback can be claimed once every 30 minutes.
After you claim, the Rakeback card shows how long until you can claim again.

Does my VIP level change what is already in my vault?
No. The split is set when you claim. If you move up a tier, your next claims put less in the vault and pay more straight away.
Can I choose the currency?
Vault rewards are paid in the currency selected in your wallet. Change it in the wallet menu before you press Claim.
Does money in my vault count towards lossback?
Yes. Money waiting in your vault counts as a reward you have received when your lossback is worked out.
Can I claim from my vault while self-excluded?
No. While a casino self-exclusion is active, you can't claim from the vault. Pieces still expire 24 hours after they unlock.
Can I turn the Rewards Vault off, or get my bonus all at once?
No. The Rewards Vault is on for every player on Goated.com, and it can't be turned off for one account. The split is the same for everyone in your VIP tier.
Why did Goated add the Rewards Vault?
To reward players who come back regularly. Weekly Reloads were folded into it too. Visiting the VIP page once a day is enough to collect everything.

Is the Rewards Vault the same as the Vault in my wallet?
No. They are two different things:
The Vault in your profile menu is a separate balance where you can put your own money aside. You move funds in and out of it yourself.
The Rewards Vault is on the VIP page. It holds the parts of your bonuses and rakeback that are waiting to unlock.
Can I withdraw money from the Rewards Vault?
Not directly. Claim the pieces that are ready from the VIP page first. They are then added to your balance like any other reward.
Is the Rewards Vault on Goated.us?
No. The Rewards Vault is only on Goated.com.
Is the Rewards Vault on for every player?
Yes. Since 2 November 2026, every player on Goated.com has the Rewards Vault. Bonuses released before 2 November are paid in full, even if you claim them later.
