What you can get at each level
Each reward starts at a certain VIP level. Once you reach that level, you keep it at every level above.
Reward | Unlocks at | Good to know |
Instant Rakeback | Bronze 1 | Claim it anytime from your VIP page. |
Weekly Bonus | Bronze | Based on your play since the last one. |
Birthday Bonus | Bronze | Needs Level 2 verification. See Birthday Bonus. |
Level-Up Bonus | Every new level | Based on your play during the level you just finished. |
Tier-Up Reloads | Every new tier, such as Silver to Gold | Not paid for tiers you skip with a VIP Transfer. |
Monthly Bonus | Silver | Based on your play over the month. |
One-time Lossback | Gold | Request it within 7 days of reaching Gold. See Lossback. |
Lossback on request | Platinum | Request it again whenever you are in a net loss. |
Partial Level-Up Bonus | Sapphire | Claim part of your next level-up bonus early. |
Loans | Sapphire | Arranged by your VIP host. See Goated Loans. |
Nothing to claim? Your rewards are probably up to date. Most rewards depend on how much you played, so a quiet week can mean a small bonus or none.
